1) Relieve stress --> under great pressure --> heavy loads of work (stressful) --> energetic and excited
2) Good for health --> official figures clearly show that exercise is good for children’s health --> Exercising help children both relieve their stress and be healthy.
* Cooking
1) Make new experiences --> think of creative thoughts --> broaden their perspective
2) Relieve stress --> under great pressure --> heavy loads of work (stressful) --> cooking is fun and exciting

1) Relieve stress --> when learning challenging course --> more difficult --> taking easy course --> more comfortable --> feel refreshed and relaxed
2) get a good grade --> when taking challenging course --> might be hard to catch up --> When I was in high school --> had a difficult time in class and got a bad grade --> however, by taking the easy course --> good grade --> motivate myself to work hard

1) In modern society --> a car is very important tool of transportation --> relieve stress --> personal space --> comfortable to transport to other places --> in the future --> people will still be using it because it is a personal way to move to other places.

1) In modern society --> advanced technique introduced --> in the future --> maybe faster way to transport --> new machines such as flying car … --> cars would disappear

1) money allows people to relieve stress --> under great pressure --> heavy loads of work --> by rewarding them with money à able to do whatever they want --> feel excited and energetic --> stop thinking of worries --> make them work harder --> I was awarded for working hard at work --> rewarded me with paying me more money --> I had a lot of stress because of work --> because of reward --> felt much better --> able to work harder to get the reward again --> b/c I can do anything with money
5. *Important to social interact with neighbors
1) Relieve stress --> under great pressure --> by communicating with them --> stop thinking of my worries à help me focus on my work
2) Make new friends --> meet different people with different perspectives and characteristics --> broaden my perspective --> have a good time --> feel energetic and excited
6. *Raising pet is good for children
1) Relieve stress --> under great pressure --> because of heavy loads of work (studies) --> spending time with pet --> feel excited and happy --> stop thinking of worries --> concentrate more on studies
2) Make new friends --> pets are a good topic to talk about --> by having a conversation about animals with people who like them --> feel sympathy --> able to make new friends
7. *Choose to become a tourist
1) Relieve stress --> traveling around the world --> see beautiful sceneries, cuisines --> feel happy and excited --> by taking pictures --> share it online
2) Make new friends --> meeting people from different countries and different cultures --> communicate and share ideas --> broaden perspective
