1. "playing sports encourages students to be more aggressive when they becomes adults."
I disagree with the statement that playing sports encourages students to be more aggressive when they becomes adults for two reasons.
First, characteristic of one is not easily changed by time goes. So the experience on sports does not have any relationship with becoming aggressive. For example, a man who was really kind played football which is really violent and competitive. When he becomes an adult he remains as a kind man.
Second, sports make people exhausted. As one keeps playing sports, playing sports will be habit. Playing sport as a habit, he will be exhausted all time.
That's why I disagree with the statement.
2. "The success of school depends on experienced teachers."
I agree with the statement that the success of teacher depends on experienced teacher for one reason.
The success of school means that the students in the school will go to the good universities. The experienced teacher would have many know-how to prepare KSAT or SAT which acts as the most important test for getting university. As they teach students with the know-how, students will get grade from it then can go to the good university.
For example, the school which success in my view in Korea mostly has lots of experienced teacher.
That's why I agree with this statement
