The reading passage states that the university plans to ban food carts on campus. The woman thinks it's a bad idea. She provides two examples to support her opinion. First, she thinks that there is simply no garbage cans. That's why the university is so dirty. She provides an example of increasing the number of garbage cans. That would decrease the amount of trash on the campus. Secondly, she thinks that the food that food carts sell are not junk foods but also they have other fresh fruits. She thinks that the university is making an excuse for getting rid of food carts. Also, the food carts make it easy for students to get snacks after or before class. That's why she thinks it's a bad idea.

The reading states that the university plans to create computer labs in all the dormatories. The woman thinks it's a good idea. She provides two examples to support her opinion. First, she thinks that it will save a lot of time of students by making it easier for them to check email. She used to have to go to the library to check her email, but after the labs are created she could save much time. Secondly, those with no personal computers no longer have to write her paper or assignment by hands. Usually during the exam time, ther is no enough computers available,so she had to write her paper by hands.
