he states the the manager evaluate their employees. it's not fairly correct evaluation because their employees are aware of the manager, so they put on an act. So the manager hire the test customer that act as the regular customer. So their employees are not aware of evaluation so it's the fair evaluation. After the test customers evaluates entirely, they report back to the manager.
