The article is about test customer. Which passage defines as employer secretly hire outsiders and disguise them as coustomer.THe professor provides an example of restaunt manager.
He states that manager try to evaluate his employee. but since employee was aware of evaluation and watch employer. so they act more act. It is not fair. so manager try to hire test customer. Test customer act like normal customer. So employee are not aware of evaluation and it can evaluate fully. and test customer go back to manager.
and so example clearly illustrates test customer.
