the professor provides an example of restaurant manager.
she states that the restaurant managers generally evaluate their employee. however, the employees are aware of being evaluated by manager. so they put on a act. thus the restaurant manager cannot fairly evaluate their employee. Therefore, the restaurant manager hire the test customer. the test customer act as regular customer. so the employee cannot be aware of being evaluated by test customer. after the evaluation, the test customer report again to restaurant manager. it is the fair way to evaluate the employee
