MY ANSWER
I disagree with the statement that playing sports encourages students to be more aggressive when they become adults. A characteristic of child directly leads to a characteristic of adult. So the aggressiveness of childhood results to that of an adult. While students are playing sports, they have to play in team. Team play makes students less aggressive due to the point that they have to be smooth for the play. This is because they are in team play which needs to yield.

MY ANSWER
I agree with the statement that the success of a school depends on experienced teachers for the following reasons. Before stating my reason of it, I think the definition of the success of a school is making their students study hard. Having experienced teachers will be really beneficial to students in that teachers are able to lead students well. They know how to deal with students to encourage student’s grade.
