We would be far better off if we followed the advice of Florence Nightingale, a pioneer in the field of nursing, who thought that people too often waste their feelings by talking about them and should instead turn their feelings into actions that bring results. what is your sentiment toward innermost thoughts?

People should turn their feelings into actions because people can relieve their feelings once if they do proper actions obeying their feelings. The actions give people the feeling of accomplishment even if they caused bad results and these accomplishments often become the source of energy which will be help you to start next actions. Since this good circulation would be the best motive in people’s lives, people must concentrate on doing actions rather than talking.

People should turn their feelings into actions because people can relieve their feelings once if they do proper actions obeying their feelings. Since the actions which help relieving the emotions give people the feeling of accomplishment even if they caused bad results, people can convert the feelings into motives of lives. This process could be the energy to endure bad feelings and continue their tasks, so people should concentrate on doing actions rather than talking.
