To begin with, by building exercise room in the dormitories, students can exercise easily and care more about their health. Students may easily work out if the exercise room is built in the dormitories for the students because they do not have to go far or find out places to work out. The students will be able to exercise conveniently and thus will be able to care about their health more.
In addition, by building exercise rooms, students can meet others and build relationships. Exercise room for students is a good place for students to meet friends who they can work out together. By exercising together, they can stimulate each other to do more exercise. For instance, when my brother was in the high school dormitory, he was not good at making new friends. He always stayed alone in his room, studying. However, he started to go to the dormitory’s exercising room to get fit. He met some students there and he exercised with them very often. He still thinks that the dormitory’s exercise room was very helpful in making new friends. This example clearly illustrates that the students can build relationships by exercising in the dormitory exercise room.
