To begin with, the government should not cover internet fees, because they are already overloaded with jobs to do. Some might say that the government should do something about an issue of covering internet fees, but from the government's point of view it is not as easy as it looks. Thus, instead of the government trying to cover internet fee, individuals should be more responsible for their own duties.
Furthermore, individuals should cover their own internet fees, because it is more economical. Due to the advancement in technology, nowadays most of the nations have a great amount of internet access. This indicates that it also requires a lot of money to sustain those massive internet access. Therefore, it is simply impossible for the government to cover their country's entire internet fees.
