To begin with, the government need to money when the government cover Internet fees. Asa result, tax will be increased eventually. That means that people who do not need to use the Internet have to pay more tax, it does not make sense. Therefore, government do not need to cover Internet fee for public.
In addition, it can also affect students negatively. There are many students who use the internet through smart phone in a subway, library and school. Students will be able to use the internet more often everywhere since they do not need to pay for it. As a result, covering Internet fee by the government will eventually lead students to spend time on using internet. It makes negative effect to students because they would not concentrate on their study.
