Country leader election has always been a crucial even in any country. The citizens of a certain country strive to elect a leader, usually a president, in a hope that the leader will ensure the well-being of a country. In contemporary times, there are three main issues that usually rise onto the surface. These are unemployment, huger, and housing issues. It is undeniable that huger and housing issues can lead to a huge disaster when they are ignored completely by the governmental management. However, resolving unemployment issue has to come first among all the other issues. The rationale behind this is that expanding job opportunities leads to more financial activities and the quality of life will significantly improve.

Providing opportunities for jobs leads to frequent financial activities. Financial activities which include consumer, seller, and supplier activities are known to increase both in number and qualities when employment rates increase. This is because ,as people are employed, thy receive wages. They can be used for essentials, savings and the remains can be called as disposable income. When consumers have more disposable income, the demand increases, leading to the idealistic balance between the demand and the supply. This can boost economic activities. To take a common example, this can be brought back to the sale of the world's first developed car by Henry Ford. Back in 19th century, when industrialization first started in Europe, the car was invented. However, not many people could afford to buy a car. Henry Ford, who was aware o the situation, employed more workers for his car manufacturing company and increased wages for them. This led to the economic boom as employees then had disposable incomes that can be used to buy not only essential goods but also non-essential goods such as cars. This elucidates that resolving unemployment issue is the key to create a more financially secured country than it was before.

Furthermore, creating more jobs can improve the quality of life. In these days, a lot of low-class people are suffering from poverty. It is now harder for them to escape from such suffer as they do not have jobs. If they had jobs, the quality of life would significantly increase and they might even escape from poverty. As the leader expands opportunities for jobs for all groups, more people will have jobs which eventually increases the possibility of running away from the poverty. For example, when my uncle was fired from his old company, his family with two daughters and one son faced a huge disaster; Parents fought everyday and children were scared of their parents. Children found it hard to talk to their parents even when they were hungry. However, as soon as my uncle was employed by a company and started earning money, the situation changed radically. The caring parents and satisfied children have returned. This illustrates that high opportunities for obtaining job can dramatically improve the quality of living.

When the citizens of a country are electing a leader, people consider various aspects. Some consider what university the candidate has graduated from, and the others consider what the candidate has done for the government for the past few years. However, there always exists one factor that most people consider-if the candidate is willing to resolve the unemployment issue. Creating more jobs have always been important because it now stands as a key to various issues. By securing more job places, economic boom will occur and people will live better life than they did when employment rates were low.
