To begin with, building exercise room for students can help them establish friendship between them. These days, a lot of students do not have much time to meet friends because they have so much work to do. However, by having exercise room, they can meet their friends there, workout together, and make their friendship stronger. To meet their friends and workout together, it is important for university to build exercise room for students to keep physical well being. 
In addition, building exercise room for students can enable them live healthy lives in university. Since it is expensive for students to pay bills for exercising in private facilities, students cannot workout regularly. But by building exercise room in university, students do not need to pay a lot to workout and they can enjoy workout regularly for their healthy lives. To workout regularly, it is important for university to build exercise room for students to keep physical well being.
