P: need to buy the ticket by herself
If I were the woman, I would choose the 1st option
The 1st option is good bc she can save money. As a student, saving money is the most important thing bc if she spends too much on the expensive theater ticket, then she might have trouble with her monthly spending money
The 1st option is better because the woman can still study before and after the play. Before the play starts, the woman can review her notes and once the play ends, she can cram for her test. I’m that she’ll do fine.

Hike next wk→ excited but way more ppl are wanting to come
Need to find a way to get there
W→ in charge of it
X want to offend
The students discuss 2 solutions
First, use the car → go back and forth
But the problem is that
Waste of time
X time to hike
Most of the time on the road
Second, rent a van
But the problem is that
Pricey
Ppl will have to chip in
Ppl might not be happy
If I were the (wo)man, I would choose the 2nd option
2nd option is good bc if ppl really want to come, then I don’t think ppl would mind chipping a bit of money. The more ppl go, then the less ppl would have to chip in individually.
1st option isn’t good bc ppl would spend too much time on the road than hiking. The main purpose is to go on a hike, so I think the woman wouldn’t have fun
