금지 해야함
(1) 학생들의 건강에 좋지 않기 때문에 - 학교가 아니더라도 학생은 충분히 정크 푸드를 먹을 수 있는 환경에 노출되어 있는데 굳이 학교에서까지 제공할 필요는 없음
(2) 학교는 학생에게 지식을 제공하는 곳, 먹는 것을 제공하는 곳이 아님 - 심지어 도움도 되지 않는 정크푸드를?!
(이런 이유까지 들어야하나 부들부들 차라리 1번 이유로 길게 말하는 게 더 낫겠다) 맞아. 그냥 1번 이유로 길게 말해!

I think that junk food should be banned in schools because of two reasons. 내가 이렇게 말하지 말랬지! 너 졸았지!! 시작부터 because of two reasons 라고 하면 나중에 시간이 모라자면 두번째는 말도 못꺼내보고 그냥 망하는거야. 그냥 because 이하는 빼고 시작해 항상!!
The first reason is that it is not good for students' health. They already expose themselves to the environment which they can have some junk food. Thus, I can say that school need not to give junk food to student in even school.
Also, school's purpose is to give some knowledge to student, but something to eat. 이건 엄밀히 따지자면 off-topic 감이야 지현아 Even the junk food is not helpful to them because of its lack of nutrient.
For these reasons, I agree that junk food should be banned in school.
2. Should using cell phones be permitted while driving?

물론 안 됨! 99.9 프로 안된다고 대답할게 뻔하므로 오히려 된다고 하고 잘만 주장하면 점수 완전 잘 받을듯
(1) 운전 중 핸드폰 사용은 운전에 집중을 하지 못하게 만들어서 사고를 야기시킨다.
(2) 운전 중 핸드폰 사용은 다른 이들로 하여금 불안감을 야기시킨다.(1번이나 2번이나 그게 그거같고 1번의 specific인 것같긴 하지만 다른 이유는 떠오르지 않을 뿐이고) 그럼 그냥 1번을 길게 말하라고! Context!! 핸드폰 운전하다 사고난 친구나 뭐 그런얘기를 해! 없으면 지어서라도 해봐! 친구 아버지가 돌아가셨다 그래서 사고낸 애는 감옥가고 인생 망했다 자기 인생 뿐 아니라 남의 인생도 망친다 뭐 이런식으로 >

Some people said that using cell phone should be permitted while driving, but I think that it have to be banned. There are two reasons about that.
First, some accidents can be cause by using cell phone while driving. Because using cell phone doesn't make a driver concentrate on driving. It is so dangerous that it can have the driver dead.
Also, it can make that others who are near by a driver who use his cell phone feel nervous.
Thus, I think that using cellphone while driving should be banned.
3. Do you agree or disagree with his statement: Teachers should be evaluated by their students.

(1) 선생님 또한 하나의 서비스 직업으로서, 그 역할을 잘 해내고 있는 지에 대한 평가는 그 서비스의 대상인 학생이여야한다.
(2) 선생님 또한 한 인간으로 실수를 할 수 있고, 개선할 여지가 있을 수 있다. 선생님이 자신의 직업에 대한 발전을 원한다면, 그에 대한 피드백이 필요하다.
(오 이번 건 이유들은 마음에 드네요) 주어진 시간은 40초! 과연 저 두가지 다 말 할 시간이나 있을까? 두가지 이유를 대충 이야기 하는것보다는 한가지 이유에 대해 좀 구체적으로, 역시 개인의 경험담을 토대로 말해보도록!

I agree the given statement because following two reasons.
The first reason is that a teacher is one of service jobs. It means that a teacher is a service job for students. Thus, if a teacher want to be evaluated whether they do their role well, they have to be checked by students.
A teacher is also a person who can do some mistakes or have something to renew(?). If a teacher want to develop his ability to teach, they need to get some feedback by students.
