Eco travel is a responsible travel to nature areas. It is to conserve and protect the environment. The professor gives two ways of how eco traveling saves the environment. First, it reduce the pollution. People walk, hike, or ride animals instead of taking transportation which causes air pollution. Moreover, people plant trees and give financial support to local people. Second, eco travel raises awareness by educating the public about the diversity and cultures of local people. It provides various measures to protect environment.
