For example, purchasing fruit juice compares with expected one. Its reality usually meet expecting. Second, she explains extrinsic factor. It is reputation of promoting brand. For instance, packaging is pretty, but there is no correlation between reality and expecting, because consumer assume that quality is good due to its packaging.
