In the lecture, professor explains the two factors consumers consider when they purchase products. First, professor talks about intrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors mean that people perceive quality constitutes aspect of product. She gave an example of purchasing fruit juice to support this point. Moreover, reality usually encounters expectation. Second, she mentioned about extrinsic factor. It is a reputation of promoting brand. For instance, even though products are pretty, there is no correlation between reality and expectation because consumers assume that qualities are depending on packaging.
