The professor explains about two benefits of subsurface locomotion. And the professor gives perfect example for sandfish. Sand fish is a cold-blooded animal so they need to control their temperature. But their habitat is the desert so their body temperature can get very high. They control their temperature by dig into the sand. Another benefit is for hunting. When they are underground, they use their prey's vibration instead of using their sight. This was the good example of two benefits of subsurface locomotion. Thank you........
