Eco-travel is defined as responsible travel to natural areas to protect environment. The professor explained three benefits of eco-travel. The first way is reducing the pollution. For example, people move to another area by walking, hiking, rafting instead of riding transportations which make carbon dioxide. Moreover, people plant plants and give financial support to locals. The second way is raising awareness by educating public. It makes it possible for people to recognize which is good or bad for environment. The most important role of eco-travel is that it comes up with various substantial measures to protect the environment for next generation.
