1. Name of the most memorable memory you’ve had with your family.
The most memorable memory that I’ve had with my family is traveling Japan. It was the last trip abroad in my teenager with my family. These days, we tend to overlook the importance of family, because we usually spend too much time working or studying. We need to take a break and look back why we’re working or studying in the first place. We go through all these hardships to make our families happier. Wealth or degrees mean nothing if we cannot share them with our families.
2. Which would you prefer: face-to-face communication or communication through emails?
I prefer face-to-face communication than communication through emails. First, by expressing emotions, miss communication will not be occurred. The tone, voice and expression cause influence communication. Also, the former can save time in response. There’s an old saying, “Time is gold.” This proverb emphasizes the value of time, and this cannot be more true in modern society. So, face-to-face communication has more benefits with these 2 reasons.
3. In college would you rather take interesting but challenging courses or boring but less challenging course?
I would rather take boring but less challenging courses. I think students should concentrate on academic courses. Academic courses are the most important thing for students because good grades will help them get into good universities and eventually, get great jobs. As students get older, a good academic record is the only thing that actually matters. For this reason, taking interesting but challenging courses is just something stressful.
4. Agree or disagree: students of all ages should be able to work part-time.
I agree that students of all ages should be able to work part-time. First, part-time is beginning of social life. Students experience society by working part-time before being adult. Also, by getting the price, we can know the value of money. Earning money lifestyle will lead to financial stability, and I with give up people of mind.
5. What advice would you give to friend who wishes to take a year off of their college years?
I would advise my friend to ask her parents for advice. Parents are wise enough to offer sincere advice because they have had enough experiences of almost every issue in this world. Not only that, they are the ones who care most about the friend, so they will obviously do their best to give the most helpful answer. This cannot be done by any other people in the world, not even myself, so I would advise her to count on this her parents.
