By working during the junior and senior years, children can realize how earning money is hard. Having never experienced of earning money, they will not save money. Their responsibilities with their money will change their behavior of spending money. Children might feel about frustration while they are working through the hardship, however, it is just a part of their life and process for the success. Their parents want their son or daughter to grow as a perfect human. This perfect human means saving money for their future to their parents. Usually, children do some mistakes of spending lots of money without considering. Working on a part time job prevent these idiotic mistakes by teaching the responsibility on money. Therefore, parents do not need to discourage their students to take part time jobs.
