TS: Strictness leads students to remember their mistakes and not to repeat it again.
SS: Otherwise, the students will easily forget their mistakes as it does not go into their minds.

SS: It will be difficult for the teachers to control the students because students do not respect and listen to the teachers.

Teachers could not be respected from students. It will be difficult for the teachers to control the students because students do not respect and listen to the teacher which is directly related to atmosphere. It will distract academic atmosphere which hampers the other students. For example, when I was in year 10, I tried my best to concentrate during physics class as it was right before an exam. It ended up with failing my physics exam due to distracted atmosphere. The physics teacher actually tried to control them but as they didn’t listen to him, he could not do anything at that time.
