Should teachers always be kind and nice to students?

Intro: I agree with the statement that teachers always be kind and nice to students.

Para1: Kindness makes good academic condition. Making a good academic condition is one of the most important keys to make a good result. When I was in high school for sophomore my AP math teacher was always kind and nice to students. This helped to create good academic condition in classroom. Hence, that year our class received great score at AP exam. This example clearly shows that kindness makes good condition and eventually causes good academic result of students'.

Para2: Also disrespecting each other can cause conflict between teacher and student. Conflict never helps students to improve academic result. For instance one of my friend in United States was having a problem with his science teacher. As the problem gets worse he denied to study with his science teacher. As a result, he got F for the whole school year. For this example disrespecting each other is never helpful between teacher and student. Thus, I agree with the statement that teachers always be kind and nice to students.
