As society progresses, advice from grandparents to children is not as useful as it was in the past.

Intro: I disagree with the statement that as society progresses, advice from grandparents to children is not as useful as it was in the past.

Body1: Although society progressed, there are rigid law and tradition. Which is unchangeable like the structure of human body. Thus, some advices are still useful until thesedays. For instance, whenever I visit my grandmother she advices me to drink lots of water everyday due to her experience. One day I read the article in the newspaper which proved she was actually true. Conducted by the medical demartment in the United States, drinking 7cups a day is good for people's health. By this article, I realized that advices from grandparents are still useful.

Body2: Moreover, grandparents could like to learn new things. The statement just does not add up if we assume our grandparents like to learn new things. Learning new things to grandparents can cause great harmony between experience they got and new knowledge they learned. For example, my grandfather is really fast adapter. He likes to use smartphone. Everytime I meet him I can feel that he is really wise. One time I heard that he got great benefits from stocks that he invested. I asked him how and he answered it was only possible with the help from the internet and the experience. This example clearly demonstrates the importance of harmony that grandparents can only make. As such, grandparents can still give children useful advice.
