Agree : Advertisement is the main cause of excessive consumption
First of all, advertisement causes people to spend money excessively. To consider the benefits of the advertisement, it is the best way to inform new information. However, contents on the advertisements are so attractive that people start to assent with it. Once people start to believe the advertisement, it allows people to expend unnecessary money. For example, when I was in high school, stress was built up because of acne. At that time, an acne ointment advertisement was on a television. It said that they will guarantee its effect. Since then, I started to buy an acne ointment and used it every day, yet it did not show any effect. As a result, I built much more stress and more acne than before. I definitely wasted a large amount of money. This example clearly shows that advertisements make people to waste money.
