First, working as a group can make some troubles while they are communicating each other. People have their various opinions, and if it does not converge well, it would lead to the team¡¯s division. For example, when I was in high school, I did my project as a group work. My group conflicted between two strong opinions, so that the project could not be processed. As a result, my team was separated, so this trouble brought about a fail on my project. Therefore, my example clearly shows that group works cause trouble among the group workers.
Group works essentially require time for communication. It takes time to communicate between students in sharing opinion, evaluating, and feeding back, so that group works are necessary to take longer time than do a project alone, and it results in lower efficiency of working. For instance, the time I was in year 9 of secondary school, I did a whole-class project for school festival in contrast to another class which did that individually. we, in vain, took too much time on discussing setting motif of it, so that we could not spend enough time to prepare the process. In the end, we got an unsatisfying feasting event, and the another class achieved succession due to a quick preparation with minimum interaction between classmates. My experience directly suggests an example of wasting time by doing communication in group works.
