First, working as a group causes a conflict among the group members. While they communicate with each other, various opinions from the members are not accorded easily. This process of conflict leads to a division of the group. For example, when I was in high school, I did a huge writing project as a group. My group had a heavy pressure on the task which was 80% of the grade marks. According to the tensed and stressed condition, we were too sensitive and self-assertive to mate our claims. An absence of cooperating our opinion brought about a conflict appearing between two different statements. This controversy separates our group into an each individual, therefore, I lost my group mark and got a fail on this project. My example obviously conveys that working with others results in trouble.

 Group work requires too much time for communication. communication takes time for sharing opinion, evaluation, and feedback. It results in low efficiency of working. For instance, the time I was in year 9, I participated in a class project for a festival in contrast to another class’ students who did work individually. We took too much time on discussing setting a main theme, therefore we could not spend enough time on preparation. In the end, we got an unsatisfying result, and the another class achieved succession thanks to quick preparation with minimum interaction between classmates. This example clearly shows an example of wasting time by doing group communication.
