First, young people can build up their knowledge through movies and television. Many people think all movies and television programs are useless. However, nowadays, there are lots of educational movies and television programs which young people can watch and receive information about various aspects. For example, I could not get high score on my history test because I did not have enough background knowledge. However, I learned historical knowledge I could not get from text book through historical movies. Later, when I took the history test, I could get a high grade. This explanation clearly shows that movies and television do not always have negative effects on young people.
