First of all, students can learn an ability to lead ideas much more creative and perfect because they can share their own ideas through debating with other people. If students do the project alone, they may lead to finish the project to be imperfect. It is mainly because they may not be able to easily find mistakes and faults of project. They cannot be able to assess their project objectively. On the other hand, while students are doing project together, they can easily find any mistakes and faults of the project such as the insufficiency of topic, or content by the way of peer editing. Also they can create much more creative ideas by sharing their opinion. Hence, by experiencing the ideas through editing, they can learn an ability to lead ideas much more creative and perfect.

Moreover, doing a group project together can provide complementary cooperation from other group members with varieties behaviors such as presentation and leading people. Praise and criticism allow students to reinforce good attitudes and find problems to make better attitudes. Every person has both talented ability such as leading people very well and untalented ability. For example, if one group member has a difficulty of standing in front of people, other members in a group can teach how to speak with confidence in front of the people. This indication can make a person who participate on group project get a variety of abilities like leading people through doing a group project. This clearly shows that group project is very good for learning much more effectively.

Moreover, group project can provide complementary cooperation. Owing to cooperation, group members can praise and criticize each other¡¯s merits and demerits. For example, once our group had presentation in the lecture hall, one of my group members had problem with standing in front of other people but she had a really beautiful voice. The other members in a group including me started to encourage her to speak. She began to speak with confident but no stammers. Our group changed a girl¡¯s bad habit. Thus, we could finish the lecture successfully. Therefore, my experience clearly shows that work together allow students to learn from each other.

Group activity allows student to make creative ideas. In group activity, students can share ideas and debate with other students. They can make creative ideas from much broader background knowledge and much more diverse perspective. It is because many people have their own specific background knowledge and ideas. On the other hand, students who do the project alone cannot use much broader background knowledge and ideas. For example, when I was 9th grade student, there was a project in World History class. In the project, students could do the project either alone or together. I did the project with other students whereas most of the students did the project alone. I tried to maximize the advantage of doing project together which was sharing ideas and debating with other students. By sharing ideas and debating with other group members, my group created very creative ideas and successfully finished the project. Finally, my group got the highest scores for the project. On the other hand, the most of other project which students do the project alone deducted point due to insufficiency of creative ideas. Hence, my example clearly shows that students can make much more creative ideas by doing project with other students.
