First, doing a group work can improve communication skills. Nowadays, most of the people have fears with official speaking thus hard to get rid of these. However, official speaking is important since speaking is one of the most important means of communication. In my case, when I was in elementary school, I had hard time speaking in front of my friends during a group work. However, my friends encouraged me and praised me. As a result, we did our best and my fear was disappeared. After the project, my communication skills were improved and realized how important the group work is. My example clearly shows that group work is the best way to improve communication skills.

Second, by sharing ideas, people can learn new information that they have not been aware of. Learning new information is important process for people which allows them to have broad thinking. For instance, when I was in middle school, I had a huge project with my friends. I had some difficulties sharing my ideas with my friends. However, when I was struggling with the project, my friends provided me with a lot of information that I had not been aware of. Therefore, I successfully turned the project in and was happy that I could share my ideas with my friends. My example clearly shows that people can learn more effectively when they do a project as a group than do a project alone.
