First, team work provides people an opportunity to improve efficiency of studying. People can get a feedback and have a discussion of the problem they are solving. By participating in team work, people will be aware of their shortcomings and things they excelled in their portion of works. In addition, they can emulate other’s imitable study habits and apply into their time of studying. For example, when I was in 10th grade, I had a hard time studying chemistry. One of the teachers who knew my situation advised me to participate in group tutoring which were the band of the students who had a same problem as me. By studying with other students, I could get a explanation of what I struggled to solve. This example clearly shows that team work is better than working alone.
