The question as to whether students should work together on a project or work alone has been a constant debate in the field of education. In reality, a majority of people tends to choose working alone. However, I strongly believe that working on a project together as a group is more effective than working alone.
First of all, students can share ideas and be more creative. Sharing ideas allows students to have a wide range of knowledge and learn new things. For example, when I was doing a group project with my friends, I could not think of an idea about the project. However, my friends suggested many ideas that we were able to finish the task successfully. This example clearly shows the advantage of working together.
Secondly, working together saves time. Students can save time by dividing up the work and working collaboratively. For instance, last year when I was doing a group work, we only had three days to prepare for the presentation. So we divided up the parts to investigate and collaborated them together that we finished the work in two days. This example shows the effectiveness of working together.
