This is attributed to the fact that people greatly increase a lot of wastes which cause environment be more serious. According to WHO, it collected the data about people's behavior and thinking in a few countries which are already in a bad situation in terms of environment. Although they were reconizing a serious problem of envrionment where they live in, they still threw away the trashes themselves where had no garbage.
