First of all, there is no fundamental solution which cannot improve environmental problem. To solve environmental problems, people need government policy and It will bring about bigger changes.
Although different forms, government is the organization that represent from people to country. The major role of government is to protect citizen from danger, maintain stability, and provide public service to people.
Improving environmental problem, in fact, can only be achieved through the government. When people try to care about environment themselves, their efforts often ended up obsolete and prevent the improve of environment.
For instance, scientific research in United States agues that when government announce the policy that people have to pay money when they throw trash on the road, it generates great effects before then.
Most of people begin to care about it, and abandon trash in right place. It consequently makes earth cleaner and provides fresh mood. This example clearly shows that -
