TS: Public transportation enables people to save their money
ES: Public transportation makes people move with reasonable price.
AE: When I got in high school, government started to build a subway station near my house.
Before that, there was no public transportation there.
So I must have moved by taxi to go to somewhere.
It was burden and stress for me.
However, after a subway station was built, I could use the subway with small amount of money.
SS: This example shows that government’s funding on public transportation allows people to save money.

Public transportation
First, public transportation allows people to save time. Nowadays, many people have to spend their huge amount of time on the road, because high rental price prevents them from living near their workplace. In fact, one scientific research shows that people are spending average of 2 hours in their commute to work. Only government can solve this problem. About 5 years ago, my city did not have a subway line. I had to wake up very early just to get to the work on time. However, subway line was built later, and I came to use it. It saved lots of my time. I was able to sleep long enough, and the quality of my life was greatly improved. As my personal experience clearly shows, investing in public transportation helps people save time.

Government should increase the fund on scientific research.
 In modern society, importance of scientific technique is bigger and bigger which can gradual convenient for human life.
 Official figures released in United States clearly show that the quality of human life can be better as scientific researches go on. Machine or medical research enable people to make their lives happy. More over, if scientific research is funded on, consequently transportation also could be better. It also help out people live happier life. And enhanced quality of people life make them to enjoy art even more.
 This clearly shows that government should increase the fund on scientific research.

Development on the art enables the citizen to communicate.
In modern society, it is one of the most important things that communicating with each other.
Many researchers argue that those who visit the art exhibition with neighborhood could communicate and share their ideas than ever before.
As a personal experience, there was a are exhibition that was held by government, when I was in a high school. All of people in my apartment, who were I rarely hang out each other, went to the exhibition together. It was natural that appreciating those masterpieces, we can communicate own idea and even make a good relationship.
This example shows that government's funding on art is the most important.

TS1: Public Transportation allows people to save time.
ES1: In modern society, speed is one of the most important factors which lead to work-efficiency. With better transportation modes, people can spend their time on other tasks.
AE1: When I was in college, I was under great stress due to transportation methods. I used to ride my mom’s car to go to school. However, traffic jam made me so tired that I could not concentrate on my studies. Then, the government began to make more bus stations, and one of them was right in front of our house. I was finally able to spend less time on the road. Moreover, I could use my time on my other studies and tasks. This eventually provided me with work-efficiency.
SS1: This example shows investing in public transportation is the most important because it enables people to save their time.

TS: Investing in public transportation enables people to move faster.
ES: In country side such as Cheongsong-gun, it is not easy to go to destination with public transportation. Official figures clearly show that average time to go to school in most of gun, a secondary administrative district in Korea, is over one hour by public transportation.
AE: When I was in college, for example, my district started to increase additional subway. Interval time shortened and traffic jam was alleviated. This allowed me to go to school more early from an hour to 30 minutes. All citizens were also save their time. The mayor, as a result, got elected again in our district.
SS: This clearly show that investing in public transportation is better in terms of saving time.

Public transportation allows people to save time and money.
Government has to invest money to make people’s life better. By using public transportation, people can avoid traffic jam and don’t have to pay high fuel fee.
When I was in high school I usually went to school by car. It took long time to go to school because of traffic jam. After I took a bus one day, I found that it’s much faster than going school by car. Furthermore, there are roads which were made for bus and this enable people go wherever they want to go easily. It only costs basic fee to go far place because people can transfer from bus to bus, bus to subway and vice versa. For this reason, By supporting public transportation people, people can save time and money and the quality of life will be increased.

Art
First of all, art gives financial benefits to the community and government.
Nowadays, art is favored by many people because it allows them to relieve their stress and feel relaxed.
Due to this, people tend to visit many art museums and events that are presented.
In order to enter these places, people need to pay an enter fee.
And this would allow the government to increase their financial benefits.
Official figures released in the United States clearly show that art museums benefit both the community and people.
By increasing the fund on Art both the government and people will earn benefits.
This example clearly shows that it is better for the government to increase the fund on art.

Public Transportation benefits more people compared to art and Scientific Research
In modern society, almost all people reside in cities, usually take public transportation.
 Society has been changed faster, saving time is important to people.
It is certain that there are many benefits of funding on art or Scientific research.
But investing on art or Scientific research give reward to a few people.
5 years ago, the country where I have lived in invested much money on train system all over the country. It makes people easy to go rural regions during traditional holidays and to travel.
A quesitionaire that the government conducted  shows that most of respondents chose the answer that they know the government’s project about train other than another projects about scientific or art and got benefit of train.
This clearly show that there are more people who are given the benefits of government’s funding.

TS: Investing in Art provides government with many economic benefit.
ES: These days, most governments make profits through their art tourism business.
AS:
Governments of France, for instance, showed the most remarkable success in art business.
They mainly spend the budget supporting and developing the art museum.
Right after museum were renovated by government, people from all over the country gathered to France to visit the museum.
SS:
This example clearly show that governments’ budget should be more focused on Art for economic profit.

Government should increase the fund on: Art, Public, Transportation, and science research.
Increasing researches of arts enables people to relieve stress.
Official figures clearly show that country which have launched active researches on artic facilities upgrades life style of citizens. And this also allows people to feel excited.
When I was in the metropolis, for example, I felt energetic and happy by lots of high-quality art galleries. After that, I have been strongly believed that art researches must be increased.

First, investing in public transportation benefits the nation economy. Nowadays, because of serious traffic jam every morning, many people use their own veichle.  Whenever I commute my office, I take my own car because the bus and subway make me late at my office about thirty minutes.

Body: Government's invest on transportation allows people to relieve a great amount of stress. Nowadays, especially in cities, by increasing in the number of population, it is difficult for people to commute without stress from the transportation. These are the two reasons. Always there is heavy traffic jam on the roads and it is also too crowded on the public transportation, such as subway and buses. By making well-organized transportation systems in cities, it helps people to go to schools and work places without stress from the uncomfortable environment on transportation. For example, Whenever I go to the school by subway, I can't sit down on the seat because all seats are already occupied by other people all the time. It is the main reason that  I feel exhausted after coming back to home. This example shows that we need more developed transportation systems.
