Do grades encourage students to learn?

TS: Receiving grades enables students to motivate.
ES: In modern society, good academic records can be a great factor in order to get a job.
AE: When I was in college, I took an economics class. The professor gave students grade such as, pass or non-pass. While taking the class, I did not concentrate on the class. After one year,however, the professor changed the policy. The professor noticed that he will grant students the specific grades according to their academic records. At the time, I was finding a job and the academic records were the most important to get a job. I should focused on the class. Eventually, I could receive the great records and get my amazing job.
SS: This example clearly shows that grading makes students stimulate to study.

Do grades encourage students to learn?

TS: Grades enable students to study hard.
ES: Studying hard is possible only when one tries their best in learning. Nowadays, students tend to get a good grade since, it is very important. In order for students to get a good grade, they need to study hard.
AE: When I was in high school, I used to get a lot of stress becuase of my grades. Due to this, I always tried my best in my studies in order to get a good grade. There may be some people who think that grades have a negative effect to students. However, for me grades rather encouraged me to learn and study harder.
SS: My experience clearly shows that grades allow students to study hard.

TS : Grades help students to get motivated
ES : Without getting grades, students would not realize their current situation and they would eventually become lazy.
AE : As a college student, I check my grade everyday before I start studying to get motivated. This allows me to realize that i have to study much harder to do better next time and it helps me to get more focused on studying. If there was no grade, I would not be so diligent to study.
SS : This example of movement clearly shows that grade help students to get motivated.

TS: Grades help student to reduce stress while learning.

ES: By having goal to get high grade, it is not boring anymore for student to learn something.

In modern society, many students are under great pressure of learning without any goal.

AS: In past, there was no organized grades system for student. At the time, many students were not be motivated to study due to lack of goal. Compared to past, however, these days many institutions have introduced a great form of grading. Official figures clearly show that those of grades encourage student to study with less stress. In order to get high achievement in grades, students have being motivated to study. 

SS: These example indicated that grades allow student to reduce stress in learning and hence, provide students with a great amount of motivation.

TS: Grading in the subjects often encourages student to learn much more eagerly.
ES: Nowadays, many students in the prestigious universities are putting constant effort to earn good grades.
AE: When I was in university, I was taking organic chemistry class and only top 5% of the students could receive an A. In order to accomplish the goal to get A, students dwells on the library in order to excel in the class. I also spent a lot of time in the library to receive an A, approximately 4 hours a day just for one particular subject. As a result, It enabled me to digest better because I was concentrating and tried to excel from the others.
SS: This clearly shows that grading encourages students to learn.

TS: Grade provides students with great motivation.
EX: Motivation is an important factor in academic courses because learning requires lots of challenges. By getting good grade students can concentrate their studies better.
AE: When I was in college, I always had a bad grade in mathematic classes. However after studying mathematic hard, I could get a great stress. After I entered to a college, I was not good at music. However, based on my experience that I got a good grade by studying hard, I studied music everydays and asked question to questions many times. Therefore, I got an A in my music class.
SS: My personal example clearly shows that grade allows people to get great motivation.

TS: Grades allow students to concentrate on their academic course.
ES: Official figures clearly show that there is a strong relationship between concentration and grades.
AE: When I was in high school, for example, we did not have any tests or exams in our first year. Most of the students did not seem to focus on their studies. At that time, I could not know if I were on the right track. After our first year, we began to have tests in several subjects, such as math and literature. By receiving grades, I was able to realize the importance of studying everyday. As I result, I could focus much better on my academic course, and eventually got a good grade.
SS: This example shows that grades enable teenagers to focus more on their studies.

TS: Grades enable teachers to verify students' abilities.
ES: It is the responsibility of teachers to give the adequate level of lessons to students with efficiency.
AE: My math teacher, at my first year of high school, always had problems with his teaching styles. He did not know whether it was adequate for the students' understandings. So he was really depressed. Then he began to give us quiz and tests to analyze our abilities in understanding the materials. After analyzing the grades, he was able to match his level of teaching to the abilities of students. Moreover, he was able to teach much more efficiently. The students could keep up with the class much better than before in a short time, and could receive much better grades than before in their exams. If it were not the grading system, my teacher and students would not have made such great results.
SS: This example of my teacher clearly shows that grades help teachers to know the abilities of children.

The question as to whether grades encourage students to learn or not has been a constant debate in university.
Many students tend to believe that grades is not way to learn because of its heavy loads of assignments. However, it is not encouraging to undermine the importance and influence of grades.

TS: Grades allow students to get great job.
ES: Grades is first impression that shows minimum one's information.
    During interview, nobody know the person who applied.
    With grades, people would be able to show interviewer.

Grades encourage students to learn. Grades are evidence of competition that stimulates students in a good way. As a college student, I

TS: Good grades allow students to get more opportunities to get great jobs.
ES: Nowadays, a lot of students concentrate on their academic courses to receive good marks. Many companies take into account grades of their applicants when they recruit new members.
AE: When my brother was an elementary student, he was not interested in any academic studies and he could not get good marks on my tests. However, after he saw an example that someone could get wonderful job with his academic records, he decided to study harder. This made him focus more on his study other than anything. His grade was improved in the end.

TS : Grades allows people to plan their study.
ES : As always, grades are the most important things for students.
AE : When I was in high school, I did not plan in my studying courses. So I did achieve low credit. However, When I began to plan in my studying courses, I could effectively study. And after planning, I could get more great academic records.
SS : The example clearly shows that grades allow people to obtain positive effect.

Do grades encourage students to learn? No

TS: Grades enable students to motivate to take a good grades, not to learn.
ES: Learning is known as understanding some knowledge and views out of range of evaluation. Nowadays, many university try to alternative method to encourage to learn.
AE: When I was a high school student, I used to study very hard to get good grade for applying university. I just summarized all questions to answer and got a excellence grade. After entering university, however, I felt I do not have any contents to explain my interest field. I have been changed in terms of my study style not motivated from grade but motivated myself.
SS:
