ES: Nowadays, sharing ideas is difficult when working without debating. Thus, debating allows students to broaden perspective.
AE: To be specific, when I was a high school student, teacher assigned me to do a homework about chemistry. I had difficulty searching and  sharing ideas about assignment without debating. However, by debating in the class, I was able to know others opinion. I also became to understand others better. It was a good chance for me to broaden perspective.
SS: As my personal experience clearly show that debating with others allows students to broaden their perspective.

TS:By earning criticism from others when working, people are able to fix problems.
ES:When having problems, there must be some help from others in order to correct it. Without criticism it is difficult for an individual to solve problems themselves.
AE:When I was in high school, I had some difficulties during my Art project. At that time, my friend criticized my project which helped me fix the problems I had in my Art project. Thanks to her criticism I was able to fix the problem and get a good grade too. This clearly shows that criticism from others is necessary because it helps people fix problems.

TS: Criticism enables people to fix problems.
ES: Without criticism, people find it hard to pinpoint their mistakes. On the other hand, by receiving feedback and criticism from other people, workers can easily solve their problems.
AE: Last year, I worked in a restaurant near my house. I was always in trouble with customers and did not know why. I was so depressed and discouraged. Then, my coworkers made observations on me and provided me with criticism. I could finally realize what my problems were. I was able to fix my problems with their help.
SS: This example clearly demonstrates that criticism leads to fixing problems.

3. What is the most important characteristic of the leader?

TS: Ability to work with others is the most important characteristic of the leader.
ES: Working with others allows team members to make up creative ideas.
AE: When I was freshman in college, I had a group project to do. Although I was the leader of the group, I did not try to do the project as a team. By doing the project individually, team members including me only came to have boring ideas. However, after I began to do the work with team members, we communicated and provided feedbacks to each other. This made us get new and fresh ideas. Eventually our project ended successfully and we got great results.
SS: As this example shows, leader has to work with other team members because when doing so, team come to get new ideas.

2nd – Having a debate in the class is not a good way to teach students

TS : Debates allow students to review the classes.
ES : It is not an easy thing to express what they know orally. Students have to organize what to say. By telling their opinions, it makes students to review what they learned in class.
AE : When I was in high school, the whole class had trouble in astronomy class. My teacher explained well about the relationship between comets and tails but nobody could understand fully. So the teacher made us debate. To prepare discussion with others, we prepared by organizing class materials. We talked each other and it led to us to understand that relationship.
SS : As my example shows, students could study through debates and it made students to review.

TS: One of the significant characteristics of the leader is managing team members` schedule.
ES:While doing teamwork, people need to organize their tasks and time. The leader should divide member`s tasks and plan schedule.
AE: When I was doing my project in my architecture course, there was an amount of works to achieve. Because I was a leader, I arranged the order of the tasks that members to do. And I assigned to each other with schedule. Through organizing in that way, our members completed the project with better results.
SS: This shows that the vital trait of the leader is managing team members` schedule

TS: Having a debate enables students to broaden perspective about a topic.
ES: It’s not an easy thing to understand others’ opinion.
AE: By having a debate in the class, students can share idea and understand each other well. When I was in high school, I learned Korean Literature and have problem in understanding the mind of main characters. By having a debate in the Literature class, I can share ideas with classmates. This makes me understand how other people feel and understand Literature. After this chance of debate, I become applying broadened perspective to other works too.

TS : Having a debate allows students to increase the understanding level of study.
ES : Without debate, they ignore the points that they misunderstand or can not understand. By having a debate, they can easily find what they do not understand.
   
AE : When I studied English, one day, I read the reading passage about sea turtle navigation. At first, I did not fully understand what it means and tried to ignore it. However, after having a debate, I find the missing point and successfully understand the whole passage. 
SS : This clearly shows that having a debate helps students understand the study.

TS: Criticism from others enables people to save time for working.
ES: People need to narrow their subject down in order to save time. Criticism helps people to narrow their tasks down and focus on main subject more.
AS: When I took a psychology course last year, I had a hard time writing paper without any criticism from others. Because I did not find out and focus on the main theme of the class. It took too much time and efforts for me to make it done though I got bad grade. But in this year, I have got many criticisms from my colleagues and there were many changes. First, they helped me to narrow down the main theme of the class. So, I could research and write the paper faster than last year. Moreover, I have got better grade.

Criticism
TS : Criticism allows people to correct their mistakes.
ES : It is not easy for people to understand their flaws when working individually. By receiving criticism, people can correct their mistakes and make a better result.
AE : When I was in college, I wrote my first assignment of the English literature class without showing to other people. As a result, I got bad grades from the first assignment of the English literature class. My assignment contained many mistakes and I was not able to notice it. However, later when writing a term paper for the same lecture, I asked help from many of my colleagues. They pointed out my flaws in logic, structure, and content. My term paper became much stronger, and I got better grades as well.
SS : This example shows that criticism helps people correct their mistakes.

Moreover, communication skills are the most important factors in modern society to get a great job.
AS: When I was in high school, I was a shy girl and did not have any friends. However, in the literature class, teacher made our class members debate with one another. By debating with my classmates, I came to talk easily with others. Furthermore, I can

TS: Debating enables students to share their ideas from learning in the class.
In fact, it is not easy for students to have time to discuss outside of the class room. By debating and sharing ideas, students can get to know what they don't know. When I was in college, always I was not sure about what I know. Through debating and discussing on things based on what students have learned in the class room, They can

Having a debate in the class makes students do homework efficiently.
Nowadays, the students are busy because of a lot of study. So it is not easy to find enough information for homework. When I was in high school, I suffered from the vast homework of history class without any debate of my companion. However, having a discussion and meetings with my colleagues, we categorized the vast about information about history and assigned to each other.  I can prepare abundant information about the homework and finish the homework fastly.

TS: Criticism from others enables an individual to broaden their perspective.
ES: In modern society, works has been more and more complicated. So a person could not individually perceive something misleading.
 When I was in college, I got an assignment from the philosophy class. That assignment was describing one of philosophers and his theory. I read some books, searched on internet and write a report. But I thought something was wrong. I requested some advice from my roomate.

TS: Criticism from others enables people to motivate.
ES: By getting criticism, people are able to know their drawback. It makes people correct their shortcomings and motivates them to reach their objects. Motivation is important key to making better results.
AE: When I took art class in high school, I handed in my assignment. My teacher gave me comments on my artwork. It was so critic that I should do it again according to comments. I submitted my assignment again. I could receive better result. Without teacher’s advice, I would not make it.
SS: Through this experience, criticism from others is necessary.

AE: When I was working in a department store near my house, I belonged to a team. The leader of the team encouraged the team members to communicate and provide feedback to each other. This made team members get new and fresh ideas. Eventually, my team got great results. If the leader had not helped members work together, they would have had only boring ideas.
SS: As this example shows, leader has to work with other team members because when doing so, team come to get new ideas.
