Yes, I'm sure that all the students com through the same problem that I had. Leaving donation or throwing out cause it is too heavy to carry on the plane. I'm sure it is still very useful you know, clothes

I contacted several charity organization. Going to schedule pick up after every semester. They have stored every donated stuff. And all of their stuffs are used to help childeren in africa

There are no complicated procedure to follow, no specific requeset process
St : spread the word about it before the semester. Flyers in the bulletin board and student center.
Adm : put an ads in school newspaper. Almost all the sts read the paper. Words should spread quickly
